I Contacted Brent with a laundry list of things to do among them interior work such as caulk and paint a few walls where foundation settling had created a minor problem. Caulk and paint around an interior window for the same reason. Caulk and paint around an exterior window for the same reason . Clean out an existing expansion joint and refill the joint with the proper material. Power wash a 20x24 feet screened-in patio including the concrete floor, sheet metal walls and sheet metal roof. Paint the concrete floor with concrete paint of my choosing. Repaint all the exterior walls and doors and trim and framing with direct to metal paint of my choosing (White). Reseal the vertical walls to the ceiling to preclude leaks. Remove all screening from the long wall and two side walls and two screen patio doors and replace all screening with screening of my choice. Replace pneumatic door closers and some metal trim work. In my two car garage, remove all the sheetrock tape and replace with new tape and tape the joints. Then paint the entire garage ceiling with bright right semi-gloss paint. Brent put Mike on the job as supervisor and all his guys came out like ants at a picnic and knocked the job out to my highest expectations. Every step of the way every one of the guys asked me if I was happy with the result or needed more work? They were all very polite and respectful and cleaned up everything when they were done. I was so happy that I talked to Mike again about refinishing some furniture to a different finish and waiting for a new quote. I would recommend Brentwood contracting to my family and friends and will definitely use them again. These guys are not just roofers, they are Masters at many trades.
